charged, 645 diesel engine. A rebuilt C40-9WAC produces enough
electromagnetism to pull a two mile long fully loaded coal train. It
has inverters which produce the "Taos Hum" originally created by an
underground molybdenum conveyor system designed by GE. At low speed
the inverters produce varying, low frequency, alternating current. This
AC and its accompanying magnetism turn the drives into oscillators
propagating electromagnetic waves onto the electrical grid. Infrasound
and a hampered grid hinder efficient air conditioning.
